Account termination and content removal are at the discretion of IDM. Reasons for account termination or content removal may include, but are not limited to:

- Excessive bandwidth usage or abuse of IDM services
- Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations
In the event of account termination, you will no longer have access to IDM services, and any content associated with your account may be removed.

In the event of any disputes or claims arising from these Terms of Service, you agree to resolve them through binding arbitration, in accordance with the laws of the United States. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDM, its officers, directors, and employees, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of IDM services.
